The city is filled with pollution-free energy using radio waves, and by fabricating radio waves into fake materials, it has given mankind a rich life. However, Planet FM, a star inhabited by the warlike radio aliens, launched an attack aimed at destroying the earth. Subaru Hoshikawa, a 5th grader lost her father in an accident in space. Subaru meets an extraterrestrial radio wave called War-Rock, falling from a planet FM. War-Rock claims to know Subaru's father, but many aliens are pursuing War-Rock. Subaru Hoshikawa fuses with War-Rock that transforms radio waves into Rockman, the hero of the radio world!
