Summary: Black Lagoon (BL) set in Southeast Asia in the 90s, in a city called Roanapur. It was a time when prostitutes, drugs, robbers, weapon dealers … Women, church nuns or even children could become murderers. The film revolves around the life of Okajima Rokuro, during a sea delivery when the BL is stealing an important item and kidnapping for blackmail. However, Rokuro’s company did not redeem him. So he got angry, decided to follow the BL with the new name Rock. Since then, Okajima Rokuro officially died in the sea and Rock began to adapt to the sinful city of Roanapur.
