Summary: Ichigo Kurosaki is a teenager with the ability to see spirits. His life changes when he meets Rukia Kuchiki, a Shinigami and a member of the Underworld. When fighting a demon hunting those with psychic powers, Rukia lent Ichigo her powers so that he could save his family. But to Rukia’s surprise, Ichigo absorbed her full power. Once becoming a Reaper, Ichigo quickly learns that the world he lives in filled with dangerous spirits, and together with Rukia, who is slowly restoring her powers. Ichigo’s job right now is to protect innocent people from youkai and help souls find resting place.
