Summary: Following the Laughing Man’s case, Section 9 disbanded after the government’s raid to hide scandals. Under Aramaki’s movement and manipulation, Section 9 returned but was now a hidden section, directly under the Prime Minister’s command. The case of this section revolves around the case of Individual Eleven, which begins with terrorist attacks and ignites war between the government army and the refugee that ultimately leads to the risk of a nuclear war.
