Summary: The future Earth defeated by the space invader Ilmidas. Harlock, who had been fighting the enemy until the end as a soldier, was searching for his lover Maya who continued pirate broadcasting somewhere while biting bitterly on the occupied earth. At one point, he gets caught up in a brawl and meets a strange man, Tochiro. The two, who were connected by an inn that continued from their distant ancestors, soon became allies. At that point, Harlock finally finds Maya, but is also surrounded by the occupation forces chasing her.
